1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the LootGrid portal, or completing third-party offerwall activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.

2. Points Valuation & Virtual Currency Invariant

LootGrid Points are virtual rewards issued solely for the completion of verified advertiser offers. Points maintain a guaranteed fixed valuation of:

Points hold no real-world currency value outside the LootGrid platform until approved and redeemed through an authorized cashout request.

3. Reversals, Chargebacks & Debt Deficits

If an integrated offerwall partner revokes or reverses an offer due to invalid lead generation or advertiser rejection, LootGrid reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points from your balance.

In the event that points have already been withdrawn, the resulting balance deficit is tracked in your account as a debtDeficit. Any subsequent offer completions will first offset the outstanding deficit before increasing your withdrawable balance.

4. Cashout & Withdrawal Conditions

• You must verify your email address prior to submitting withdrawal requests.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to manual administrative review and automated anti-fraud heuristic scoring.
• Redemption destinations (PayPal email, Bank IBAN) must belong to the registered account owner. Accounts sharing payout addresses across multiple user profiles will be locked for review.
• Minimum withdrawal threshold is $5.00 (500 points) for PayPal and $50.00 (5,000 points) for Bank Wire.

5. Account Termination

LootGrid reserves the unilateral right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account deemed in violation of these terms, applicable laws, or third-party offerwall rules.
